Rule 45
Confessions Things not to do in the forest
(1) None of the following acts shall be done or caused to be done in the confessional forest:-
(a) to sell, mortgage or in any way transfer the title to the land in question by Kabuliyati Forest,
(B) To do other work except as specified in the work plan.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in Clause (a) of sub-rule (1), this rule shall not be considered as a hindrance to obtaining a loan from a financial institution by pledging the forest produce grown by him for the development of the forest.
